Shag Noir is a Black-woman-owned salon on East 6th Street opened in March 2022 by Austin native Minnie Little, who has over 20 years of experience with every hair texture. The team of three works by reservation only on hourly rates with no tipping, uses Alfaparf color and is a Green Circle Salons member focused on sustainability.
